The Scituate Cultural Council brings arts, humanities, and science experiences to life for residents of all ages. Through its grant program, the SCC partners with artists, educators, schools, nonprofit organizations, community groups, and other local partners to support projects that:

• Connect people through shared cultural experiences
• Celebrate Scituate's history, natural environment, and cultural diversity
• Introduce residents to new artistic traditions, ideas, and perspectives
• Help artists and community organizations reach new audiences
• Make cultural experiences accessible and engaging for the broader community
